Tips for the most effective search...

1)  Use two-letter postal abbreviations in state field.  Entering full state names may give weird results!
2)  Use zip code or city/state for your search.   Using both at the same time may give no listings.
3)  Try the other search type (zip or city/state) if the first search doesn't bring any results!
4)  If your own zip code or city doesn't work, try a nearby larger town or city to widen the search area.
