Tools has come up with a significant improvement in the design of
the ubiquitous utility knife, the Turboknife X!
I've owned dozens of utility knives and my biggest complaint has always been
blade changing, especially when the task requires frequent blade changes
(for
example cutting up carpet or other floor coverings on concrete). You
know the drill... (1) get
out the screwdriver, (2)open up the case, (3) align the new blade in the guides,
(4) be careful not to spill the stored blades or (5) drop the screw... Ooops,
lost the screw. Get another utility knife. Start over... yada
yada yada.
The Turboknife X has no screws to remove or lose. The
blade change is simple... rotate a small wheel below the blade and the blade
is unlocked! Pull the blade out and turn or replace the blade. It's
almost too easy.
I also like the compact size, an inch or more shorter than a standard
utility knife. Though it does not store extra blades in the handle,
for me this is a minor inconvenience. It also has a belt clip that can
double as a money clip (my idea, not the manufacturer's).
What is that thrill running up my leg?
Okay... you caught me. It also looks and feels SO COOL!!!
We've got five (5) of these top-of-the-line utility knives waiting to be sent
to the lucky winners... one could be you!
Good luck!!
P.S. If you purchase one by

price (including postage) if you are a
winner! (Unless of course you want to keep the extra knife!)
