When I first held the Rapid Warrior multi-use utility knife in my hand, I was stunned by the amount of technical creativity that went into its design.

When folded, the Rapid Warrior is about 4" long, so it can fit easily into the pocket, or you can hang it from your belt with the built-in clip.

When open, it locks into place firmly and cannot close accidentally.  A small but practical thumb-rest above the rear of the blade allows you to apply as much force as the job requires without any chance of injury.

The outside of the frame is some kind of rubberized plastic... feels really solid and has good gripping quality.

Perhaps the coolest feature is this utility knife's ability to use standard reciprocating saw blades.  I've always had to carry a separate handle for small metal or wood cuts that don't warrant whipping out the Milwaukee.  No longer!!

Blade changing??  Piece of cake.  Push a small button on the end of the handle and a hidden compartment flips open with storage for up to 4 additional blades.  OMG... you don't need a screwdriver to get to them! Who are these people???

My only minor gripe is that I wish it easier to open with one hand, but it can be done.  First, open it partially with the thumb.  Then, with a quick flick of the wrist, it opens up like a gravity knife, locking open.  It's a little tricky, but there are times when this maneuver would come in handy.

If you are looking to upgrade your toolbox with something more than a "standard" utility knife, the Rapid Warrior has most anything you'd want!
